Thursday Morning Sessions**:
9:15-10:45 am
7 weeks - $175 ~or~ $25 per class
** This class is designed for students wanting to participate twice a week. Students who
wish to come only on Thursday require permission. All students must sign up in advance.
Lessons are verbally directed active learning exercises relating to every aspect of human movement. They are designed to break up old habits and instill new ways of thinking, feeling and moving. The exercises are non-judgmental, non-competitive and self-directed so that each person progresses at his/her own pace.

What to Wear
Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a mat to lie on and two bath towels.
